Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the VOC filter in its original box, ensuring all protective seals are intact and the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Ship the Item
Send your package via a tracked shipping carrier to our fulfillment center; we recommend retaining your tracking receipt for verification.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the filter to confirm it is unused, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
